Banapple Tofu Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients … You will need

  • 3 teaspoons of pumpkin seeds
  • 400 gm (14 oz) of organic tofu
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 medium unpeeled apples
  • 1½ litres of rice milk or oat milk

Preparation and Cooking

Quarter and core the apples but do not peel them

Drain and cube the tofu

Grind the pumpkin seeds in a food processor or coffee grinder to release their essential fats and prevent any irritation in the gut.
